Victor is an experienced consultant and educator, having lectured in universities across the UK, Nigeria, and the Netherlands. He has led professional development workshops in Europe and Africa, specializing in business, education management, project management, and international development. Victor holds a BSc in Management, a Master’s in Consultancy and Entrepreneurship, and is a certified PRINCE2 Project Manager. As the founder of iDPS, he provides tailored solutions for organizational challenges. He also advocates for African development through his NGO, Africa Must Develop (AMD).

Milja is a multilingual professional with international experience in the Benelux region. She holds a BSc in Marketing from a French-speaking university in Brussels and a Master’s in Consultancy and Entrepreneurship from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Her diverse background spans Business and IT, with expertise in Digital Marketing, Project Management, Consultancy, and Business Analysis. Currently, she works as a Business Analyst at the European Parliament in Luxembourg and is passionate about learning, teaching, and professional development.
