Course Description:
The Effective Change Management (ECM) workshop helps participants to understand why many organisational change management initiatives fail. These change management initiatives fail because staff do not know where to start or how to sustain change. This workshop has been designed to provide change leaders running organisational projects with the different change management strategies and skills needed to initiate change in a project, business or organisational environment. The ECM workshop delivers best practices from leading experts in a practical and straightforward way.
