Effective Project Management (EPM)

Course Description:

The Effective Project Management (EPM) training/workshop aims to support the participants to start developing their skills or refresh their skills and knowledge needed for managing projects in any industry or sector. Participants will explore the purposes, aims and objectives of project management. We will also discuss and analyse the potential issues in running local, regional, national and international projects. Participants will then identify the key deliverables at the different phases of a project life cycle. Furthermore, participants will investigate how to manage and satisfy the needs and expectations of the internal and external stakeholders. Lastly, participants will practically learn how to conduct a practical risk assessment.

8 hours (9 am to 5 pm)
