Course Description:

The workshop is for entrepreneurs or operational, tactical and strategic employees and managers from various organisations. At this workshop, we will practically review the different principles that will improve the participants’ managerial skills and qualities.

The business environment is highly competitive, ever-dynamic and constantly changing. The EMO workshop will help participants become more effective and efficient in their approach to managing their organisations.
